The store is very clean and they waited on us right away. The girls were very helpful in suggesting some different foods for the birds. Very friendly!

I have encountered multiple staff members in the last several months since I started there, and they have all been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are all so friendly and welcoming and very willing to answer any seemingly stupid question. After dealing with Debi, the owner last time, I can see why everyone is so happy to work there. I will definitely continue to patronize this store.

Amber was outstanding, and the product I wanted was in stock. Amber greeted me immediately with a smile. I said I was just looking before making my purchase of birdseed, and Amber told me about all the items that are currently on sale for 50% off. I then told her what I wanted and she got it right away. In looking up my information she alerted me that my membership has expired. When I asked how much it costs, she told me $25, but then added that I had saved $67.55 by using it last year. Great selling point! After I paid she carried my bag of birdseed out to my car and wished me a good day before heading back into the store. I highly recommend Wild Birds Unlimited, its products and its staff.
