Friendly, knowledgeable people. Explained why I should purchase one variety vs another. And now have shipping availability (though would much rather go to store, but nice to have this option).

The store is well lit and easy to transverse. The quality and availability of items I want to purchase is great. The sales staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. They give great cookies.

Mary Lou and Carol were pleasant, helpful, and gave us cookies.

Knowledgable staff suggested a particular product. Also suggested DSC membership for repeated purchases. The only place in town where I would buy seed for the birds.

For all of the reason's I've checked highly satisfied; in addition, wonderful customer service and genuine upbeat knowledgeable staff. Just being in the Wild Bird Unlimited Stoe is a pleasant experience time after time.

The staff's knowledge of which birds are in my particular area of town, and what those birds eat, helps me tremendously. I enjoy the different people gifts available, & in particular things to help little ones learn about loving birds. I have felt so welcomed at WBU in Bozeman.

The staff is always immediately available, friendly and knowledgeable. Store interior is neatly arranged and very engaging in its color and merchandise offered. I always enjoy the bird songs and video that is playing while I shop. Debbie is particularly lovely and knowledgeable. Thanks!
