The staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They have helped me solve birding issues with the feeders when starlings or magpies were getting the food. And, they came up with a solution for feeding meal worms that gave the chickadees access and kept other birds out. A great shop with a fun staff!

The store is pleasant, clean and well-stocked. The employees are always friendly; I love the coffee and visiting about birds in the area. In addition, the products are superior to those of other stores that sell bird food and products only as a sideline.
