The staff is positive, energetic, and knowledgeable. Caleb, particularly, has been so helpful over the years. His understanding of area birds is comprehensive and that which he doesn’t know he finds out. The mood in the store is buoyant. Even when there are many customers, I’ve been acknowledged and served quickly and effectively. These young folks always offer to carry things out to our car. It’s a joy to do business there
