I was in to take advantage of a sale - buy three seed cylinders get one free. It is my own fault. Supply of the variety I like to buy was sold out! I received great assistance selecting other varieties to try at my feeding station.

I visit there frequently to buy bird food. I very much enjoy Amber and Mary Lou and others. Nothing negative at all. It's a store so it's shopping which is not always my favorite thing!

The staff working there was rude and not friendly and also not very knowledgeable about the local Montana bird populations and their eating habits.

I went in back in September for a bag of food and Bark Butter Bites so probably a $50 purchase. the gal that checked me out forgot to mention my membership had expired -which i would have happily renewed. so i just paid for my order with the assumption I was getting the discount and the bid buck credit. I should have paid more attention -but don't you usually ask? she did ask me my name so again, i just assumed. well when i went in on Sunday the Gal working did catch it and renewed my membership but then i was kinda miffed cause she said my other purchase didn't count as my membership had expired prior to the September purchase. she did her best to help with my obvious disappointment. Made me rethink my purchasing choices and i may or may not be back. I buy from my local store expecting a higher level of service. poor form
