The care and concern for helping me get what I needed. The prompt attention they gave to my order was super.

Well there was no Christmas rush thanks to the time of day we went (good hours) and despite it being a generally crazy time of year, the staff associate answered what I thought was quite a ridiculous question to have asked (is there anything those magpies DON’T like).. she immediately knew where to direct us. We were in and out in 7 minutes, got a free gift bag as new customers, and had the perfect gift for my mother in law (loving the pre-wrapped bird feeders too). It was hands down the most perfect shopping experience we have had all year. I’m so grateful!

Love the selection and the friendly staff and the owners are super informative. Always a joy to stop by and enjoy browsing the new products.

The sales person gave me extensive assistance. They helped me choose a feeder that would work in my back-yard to attract the birds that I want to view. The sales person took extra time to show me around the store and to sign me up for the store newsletter. Based on my shopping experience, I will definitely shop at this store again.
