Called me by name. Knew what I needed.

I wish I could remember the young girls name but I can’t but she was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful.

Staff member engaged with me from the beginning of my entrance to store, was very enthusiastic and showed me different products and we enjoyed a great chat about neighborhood bird stories!

Always fun to shop in the store. From practical products like food, bird houses, bird baths, etc. to gift items, there is a great selection. Quality of products carried is outstanding. The staff are always knowledgeable about the stock, and happily answer any questions. I’d much rather support a small local business with owners and staff who care, rather than give my money to an impersonal big box store.

Walked in with something in mind, shared with person working there and was directed to the item with information above and beyond . Mission accomplished quickly !!!

The seed I get has no shells to drop to the ground and kill the grass. The birds love it.
