Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. I always enjoy visiting the store and watching the bird video. I have bought food, bird feeders, and now a beautiful wind chime! :)

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean. The displays are well designed. There is a nice flow in the way the merchandise is displayed in the store.

It is a lovely store to shop in. So many terrific, bird-related, products to explore and purchase. The seed quality is very good. The staff is exceptional.
