I know the staff at this store and they are all knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I enjoy having discussions about recently sited birds and the upcoming bird-walks. There is always something tempting me in the store, despite really only needing bird food for my multiple feeders. My only complaint is against the company for sometimes offering bird feeders that have faults with their functioning or how the material with which they are made. This, however, does not affect whether or not I will continue shopping at this store.

They have always been able to help me, answer questions, explains bird seeds differences..been shopping there for a number of years. Only place I go to get my bird food. One important blessing is they take my purchases out to my car. That is a wonderful thing they do.
