Delivery is quick and products well packaged. People in store are knowledgeable and courteous and the quality of products is great. Miscellaneous items such as puzzles, coffee, hand cream, earrings, etc. make the trip interesting and a "treat yourself" experience.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about birds in general and helpful in selecting the proper bird foods for the current visitors. They create a friendly environment and all share a mutual dedication to the welfare of our bird friends.
