I entered the door with my two young grandsons (5/7) and Melissa was very attentive to them and listened to their questions and offered appropriate insights and information. The boys were charmed. BTW we have beautiful birds flocking to our feeders and the boys are learning so much about NoVA birds, habitats, and now biology. I cannot thank Melissa enough for her generosity of spirit with these boys! you now have next generations customers!
