I am a new "birder" and our sales person, Linda, was outstanding in terms of her friendliness, knowledge, info/advice/explanations, helpfulness, and encouragement. I was particularly interested in attracting yellow birds and hummingbirds to my backyard as well as discouraging squirrels. Linda recommended an anti-critter pole, feeders, and seed that successfully accomplished all goals within a day or two after installation. I am extremely pleased! WBU will be my "go to" store for all things birds.

The store was clean and well-stocked with so many interesting items. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and even helped me carry my purchases to my car. I had my little dog with me and they welcomed him too. I liked the quality of the bird seed available in the store and thought the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Ken was super helpful. The perches on my feeder had fallen out and disappeared in my yard. Ken replaced them and put them back on the feeder for me. Then carried my birdseed out to the car. Very nice
