I believe it was the owner that I spoke with and that helped me find a bird feeder that met my needs. She was knowledgeable and informative. I also joined the club and received free items, which is always a plus. Great all around experience. I’ll be back.

Asked for something I ordered over the phone (bird bath wiggled) be included in my online order for home delivery. Worked out great. Very accommodating, as always.

Lauren was very helpful in answering questions about tube bird feeders showing us how you clean and load it. Also, suggested membership which we did for savings then and when we come back. Carried feed to car!
