The store associate (Karen I believe) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a squirrel proof feeder and some bird seed and she patiently explained my options. The feeder and the seed that Karen recommended are a big hit with my backyard birds!

The ordering process was easy and straight forward. The delivery was quick, next day. All the items in the delivery were pack well and in great condition and all the items were delivered that were in the order.

I had a few questions prior to making my order that were answered by store staff via email. The online ordering interface is organized and easy to navigate.

The store staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and they helped us find what we needed to manage a starling infestation.

The products in the store are very good quality. I have purchased several items including binoculars, books, coffee cups, bird seed, feeder stands, etc and have never had a a problem. Everyone is very knowledgable that works here and offers so much valuable information. They really helped me get started in birding.

This was my first visit and I was greeted by Sherri who was extremely pleasant and informative. I was impressed by the selection and walked out with a few extra things. I will definitely be going back - this is my new favorite store!

It's nicely laid out with plenty of selections for all types of wildlife etc.

You all are always friendly and makes the shopping experience fun and informative . You always answer my questions. My birds love the food I get for them. The very important thing for me is you always take my supplies out to the car which helps my back so much.
