Wild Birds Unlimited

I would like to see more merchandise other than bird food and Wild Bird Unlimited stock merchandise What about binoculars and bird-watching gear.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was able to find the parts I needed for our feeder, order them and get them dropped into our trunk. Birds are happy, and I’m no longer feeding the squirrels and raccoons.

The staff always bends over backwards to help with what I need. I wanted an item that was not on the shelf, and the staff member knew it had come in earlier, so she went in the back and unpacked one for me!

I am a complete novice and I went in looking for advice for food and suet to give the birds. The person I spoke with answered all my questions and made great suggestions.

It was a pleasant experience as always and the staff was really good at keeping the customer number to 5.

The delivery time was less than 1 day, and all of the items were present and undamaged. Excellent service, as always.

Service is AMAZING!! Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. The only “bird store” I frequent.

I called to place a gift card order for pick up later in the day. They were happy to take my order over the phone and had everything ready when I arrived in the store.
