They had excellent bird feeder hardware and feeders. The service was personal and knowledgeable. I enjoy patronizing local small businesses, especially those that remember what customer service should be.

Karen was very knowledgeable about the products and it was fun talking about similar birds (and squirrels) we get at our feeders. Especially liked the video being played and being seeing birds up close! Beautiful displays. Love the earrings!
