Always great quality of bird food and merchandise. Local store owner really knows her products and is always helpful. Didn’t go to the store this time as this was my first online order. Great experience all around.

The staff in the store is always super helpful and friendly. I love the way the merchandise is laid out and they have such a wealth of wonderful products it is hard not to go overboard with my purchases! The pandemic - and dealing with the requirements for safety - has only made it clearer that this store has an incredible staff.
