Quality merchandise and very helpful in picking up the items I went to buy. Beautiful store and they were limiting the number inside and everybody was wearing a mask. Very knowledgeable about products and especially birds.

Bought the suet nuggets last Friday and put them out on Sat. It’s been 5 days that the birds haven’t arrived. There are so many birds visiting our backyard neighbor. It’s frustrating.

Excellent products and inventory. I went in to get red pepper cylinders, and found gifts for friends and decided to add a bird bath that can stand up to freezing overwinter without cracking or breaking. I’m always very happy with what I get at your store.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff

The staff are the best. I've been a birder for decades and have shopped in many "bird" stores. They have the most friendly, helpful staff I've encountered. The store is well organized and the design makes it feel like a bit of a vacation when I walk in. We've attracted so many different birds to our yard that the rest of the family has taken up bird watching. This pastime is such a good positive thing during these dark times. Thank you WBU Ashburn!
