For all the reasons I just check "highly satisfied." Sales persons Tom and Karenna (sp?) were excellent representatives of the business...friendly and knowledgeable...!

The staff is always friendly and willing to give advice. Each time I go into the store, there is always something to look at that’s new. Items in the store make great gifts for friends and family.

The salesperson was extremely helpful in assisting with my purchase.

I shop at this store approximately weekly and have gotten to know all the staff and their products. The people working at this store are lovely people who know the products and are pleasant to talk to about birds. Shopping at this store is easy, whether I buy in person, or online.

The safflower looks yellowish. It used to be white. The birds are not excited about the safflower :(
