Store presents well, well stocked, amble room and clean, Awesome customer service, very knowledge, friendly and so helpful. Great conversations with the team, you feel very welcomed.

First of all, they take COVID seriously and masks are worn by all staff. Second, they back up all their products and have handled one of my damaged feeders by replacing it. They also want to know if something doesn’t work well with any product. I also appreciate photos of the birds coming through the area and list of local bird/nature activities.
