I love the store and the how knowledgeable the staff is. They help me learn more and to make informed decisions. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

It was my first visit to the store. I believe Karen helped me. Or maybe Sherry. I don't remember. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I am an intermediate birder and it was so nice to talk about birds with someone when I was at the store. I also bought some cute gifts for the holidays - great selection! I joined the Club and I will be back!
