The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The merchandise was packaged very well and delivered on time by staff wearing a mask.

They were so nice! I presume it was the owner who helped me. She even brought everything out to my car and loaded up for me wearing a walking cast. She explained all the different foods and seeds, signed me up for a preferred customer program, and gave me a suet feeder. I was really happy to have found the shop!
