Great customer service. Needed to know more about my new bird bath and the staff were able to answer my questions and make great recommendations. They also showed me some great options to add to my bird feeder pole. I purchased a new addition for my pole. They also recommended a food that is great for the red birds we have and that the starlings and grackles will not eat. Another great visit to the store.

Karen warmly greeted me, as she always does. When I told her i was there to buy a few things for my friend who is new to bird watching, she excitedly shared about the Marlin ID app to identify birds. She also gave me a birding booklet thingy that is great for new birders. She was a great friendly wealth of information about feeders and all products. Your staff is always so kind and friendly and your store is my favorite. I am always so proud to support you and buy your products. Wish my wallet was bigger to buy more lol! Keep up the excellent work, all of you are wonderful!

Everything was easy to find and the customer service was top notch. We tend to shop here at least monthly and enjoy coming by each time. The staff is always friendly and helpful and so knowledgeable.

They had a special product I had been look for everywhere. I never knew about this store and I am glad I discovered it. I will definitely be going back for more items.
