Your online ordering system is easy to use – important for someone who doesn’t have enormous computer– and you sent me a coupon to use in future. I really miss my local Torrance Wild Birds Unlimited, but it’s been closed.. Wish your store was closer, but glad at least there is another store not too far away.

The selection is great, the staff is great-- especially Julie, but both people there were so helpful and patient. We bought only one item but we were treated as if we were spending a million dollars.
