It was our first visit to the store. We checked out all of the merchandise and the clerk was very nice and explained everything, while we were selecting our merchandise another customer came in with a complaint and she went on and on and on, the clerk kept trying to tell her that she would need to come back and talk to the correct person, by then we were waiting to get checked out and there was two more customers behind us. I guess that it was a case of being there at the wrong time, we will return.

As with every visit, staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Fun to visit a store dedicated to birds and everything that goes along with it!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always helpful. I am especially grateful for their assistance in getting things to my car. They are great at answering questions about anything "bird" and do so with integrity. Though I can buy my food elsewhere for a bit lower price, I keep coming back because of the service and knowledge of the staff. Thanks for an amazing store!

Employee was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Able to help with all of our questions and did so in a timely and friendly manner. Told us about all promotions which we took advantage of. Thank you!
