This place is expensive and the bird bucks program you have to pay to earn

The store clerk was very cool and not at all friendly. I have shopped at your store numerous times and this is the first time that I have encountered such a level of cool efficiency.

Prices are way out of line for this area. Walmart and Tractor supply both have better prices. Tractor supply has as much, if not more inventory and at better prices.

Customer information is not shared between stores. This store was not aware of my membership at the Mechanicsburg store. It took some time for the clerk to communicate with the other store and have them copy the information. Also, I was looking for a squirrel baffle for my feeder pole. None were available. I also tried looking on line. Very cumbersome.

The bird food I bought was very expensive at about $6/lb and the birds do not seem to like it.

1. I purchased an item. There also was a 20% discount coupon available for all member purchases which I had with me, but forgot about. This has happened to me before. Why can't employees mention that there is a coupon available? The last time this happened, I returned with the item and my coupon for a refund. You very reluctantly did this, but was told it would never happen again. 2. I purchased a bird feeder many years ago at your Mechanicsburg store. I now need a small piece for that feeder that has broken. I have been to your York store twice and spoken on the phone with Dan about it. I have sent photos of the feeder, been told that the piece is probably available to purchase. However, no one ever contacts me. If it isn't available please just let me know! Asking for courtesy.
