They had what we wanted & were very knowledgeable about the options & offerings! And the sales people & store cat were friendly!!

I am new to bird watching. The young lady that helped me was super knowledgeable and helpful as I was visiting for info on how to retain bluebirds in my yard that had built a nest. She never made me feel stupid with all my questions and now we have babies!

We Always enjoy our visit to WBU. The store looks beautiful and the staff is fun and knowledgeable without being pushy. Have attended several of the wild bird encounters and learned alot.

Always have what I need and the employees go above and beyond!!!! Love going in the store to hear the birds and look at the cam!!!!! And the cat❤️❤️❤️

Everything was fine. The girl waited on me was very knowledgeable and very polite very helpful. The stores lovely the shopping I go there routinely for bird items.

First time visiting the store and everything was to my liking. The availability of regular product plus artisan was impressive. I appreciated the help when I asked questions and was surprised at the value on the products I bought. Very reasonable.
