I can't remember a shopping experience as pleasant as the one I had at Wild Birds last weekend. The employee greeted me at the door and helped me every step of the way. He was also very kind to my children who were with me.

All the staff members are friendly, wonderfully engaging, and knowledgeable not only about the products you sell but also about birds and other wildlife. I usually come in for bird seed, but you always have unusual and one-of-a-kind products of high quality that I haven't seen elsewhere, so I typically come out with more than I went in to buy. (Most of the items I buy that were not on my list are purchased as gifts, but some I keep for myself.) I also appreciate that staff does not hover over me while I browse, but are there if I have questions or need help. Wild Birds Unlimited is a feel-good place.
