Been a regular customer for several years and the service is consistently great. The fact that they offer so much more than just merchandise ( seminars, spe ial bird events, partnering with wildlife organizations) means that they go beyond just making a profit, rather they are personally committed to the conservation of all kinds of birds and the education of their customer base! I tell everyone to shop there instead of some discount store that doesn’t care about birds.

We were greeted as soon as walked and asked if we needed anything. I had questions about type food and staff was knowledgeable about everything. My wife asked about the door mats and your staff even went to work he storeroom to look for her.
