All our questions were answered and everyone was friendly to us as new bird enthusiasts. The owner was also there and very helpful.

I expected a free gift but my sale came in slightly below the required amount. When I expressed regret, the manager told the clerk to give me the gift anyway.

The young man was speaking with another couple and i just listened to his demonstration, then the young lady came to assist me while he finished up with the couple. I liked the teamwork, they seemed to work well together.
