The staff was extremely helpful with a problem I was having with one of my feeders. I regularly place delivery orders with WBU and the deliveries always arrive in a speedy manner!!

I wish that I would have remembered the lady's name who helped me when I was there that day. The entire time that she was helping me in the store I kept looking at her name tag thinking that I wanted to remember her name for this reason right here (the survey). I was so impressed with her knowledge about everything in your store. She even shared her knowledge with me in regards to merchandise that I wasn't purchasing. I felt like the checkout process was a little longer than I would have preferred however, that is only because she was doing the things that she was probably trained as an employee to do (up sell). The store was very clean and organized.

Tyler is always friendly and happy. Seems to really enjoy his role at WBU.
