Everyone does a great job. Tina waited on me and you can tell she loves her job.. she know I love my bluebirds and always asks how they are doing.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, but not pushy. Also very knowledgeable.

My granddaughter has a love of cats and I brought her with me so she could see your store cat. She was thrilled and everyone was so accommodating for her. They even fed the fish so she could watch! Then finished up by carrying the bird seed to my car- thank you all for your great customer service!

I was well informed by the gentleman on both your products and programs. He was very polite and helpful. The only issue so far is that my birds have been used to seed with regular seed mixture and don't seem impressed with the food recommended. The food that was recommended was shelled. Each day they are eating some so hope they make the adjustment. I will probably try your regular seed next time.
