I always enjoy going to this store, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the merchandise. I especially appreciate the quick and free repairs on the feeders I have purchased over the years. I can always depend on the store being neat and clean, the cat being friendly, and the staff's knowledge.

This is such a calm and quiet store with beautiful things to look at. I love the "house" kitty, Honey. She is so sweet. Staff was very nice and helpful but did not rush me...and I liked that. So glad they are here in Suffolk. I will continue to support them even though the prices are high.

Always fun and lots of chitchat about all our different stories on the critters we feed. Love their exuberantance, the store cat that calls that store her home brings such a family/personal touch. I seem to greet the happy cat first and we spin from there.
