Friendly courteous staff. Clean and well organized

The bird food was delivered very quickly and packaging kept all items intact. Madi, especially, deserves kudos for being prepared with substitutions when she called to alert me that 2 items I'd ordered were not in stock. The delivery service makes feeding my birds quality food easy and painless.

The staff is always friendly and so helpful. They go above and beyond good customer service. Staff is also knows their product well. Honey, the resident cat, is also an added bonus!
