I love shopping at Wild Birds in Suffolk, very helpful and dedicated people.

Tyler always assists me with my bird supplies. The birds are very responsive to the second platform feeder I bought, and my cats enjoy watching the birds eat.

Because the staff has an in-depth knowledge of birding. For example, about 2 weeks ago we had a Oriole appear in our yard. When I mentioned this to your staff he highly recommended the orange colored Oriole feeder and did so because he said this bird seems to be attracted to the color and it should bring more Orioles to my yard. Also he recommended I purchase the jelly product as well, something I did not think the birds would eat but I trusted his recommendations. Bought everything and today I have five Orioles, a bird I have only seen one sparingly. I and so excited to have this wonderful bird now constantly at this feeder. Thank You, Arthur Dwyer

Came in with just an idea of what I wanted. Mattie (I believe that was her name) and the other assistant were super helpful and friendly. They discussed options and offered suggestions and I was so excited just being in the store with them and all the opportunities in my future to start my new hobby of bird watching. She even took the time to invite me to an event on 1/31. I love my new bird feeders and truly appreciate all the great service I received. Awesome and friendly service! She even helped me with walking my purchases to the car. A1 service.
