First off you need another choice at the start " walk in" I did not phone nor online order. The products are great and staff is always friendly.

Very helpful and friendly

Store is beautiful. Staff very helpful; they carried the birdseed bag out to the car for me. Prices could be a bit lower, but I realize the rent is probably high. Very good selection of products. Bird and nature education is evident and that is important to me. Thank you.

Glad that the store opened in North Suffolk. It was a long drive to go down to Chesapeake. The staff is always friendly.
