Tyler was very knowledgeable with what I was interested in purchasing, and promptly checked for the quantity I needed. Order was ready for my pick up when I arrived and after my looking around to see what was new, everything was taken out and put in my van.

I am always satisfied with my purchases and product knowledge of the staff. Curbside pickup is an added bonus to the already excellent customer service I’ve experienced.

The Ladies were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get hanging birdbaths and I noticed a beautiful steeple style birdhouse that was on display. It was just out of reach for me to see the price, they quickly got it down for me and the price was great, so of course I purchased that too.

Employees were helpful in finding what I needed and checking me out quickly. The young man carried my purchase to my car and thanked me for coming.

Yes at this store with Tyler. VERY helpful and friendly. After spending $800 in the Chesapeake store during the previous 3 days he offered the membership.Not a word about it at the Chesp. Store. Very disappoint With the Chesp store . Tyler is a deffinate asset to the store.

Great customer service

Josh was the sales clerk. Highly knowledgeable, answered my questions, very polite, friendly, a very sweet young man. He’s helped me before and I was glad he was there. Exceptional employee.

The female staff member was attentive and kind! The store is very clean. The product was available. The time it took to shop was swift and efficient help
