Two different staff members were very friendly over the phone as the storefront is currently unable to allow customers. The pick up process was well explained as well as discussion about the feeder we were looking for.

I was able to call a head order and staff was kind enough to load it in my car. Thanks again

The young man was very willing to help me with my questions. When I asked about the store cat, he was choked up over having held the cat as it died. I felt moved by his love for the cat. I am sorry to hear of its passing.

The staff is what makes your store a place I like to shop and visit, they really enjoy everything about birds. They also are extremely knowledgeable of the products being offered for sale. I can honestly say I've never had a question that one of the staff could not answer-good job!
