I went in there just to look and fell in love. Not only was there so much to choose from but the customer service was so friendly that I felt like I knew her forever. She even mailed my purchases to my home as I was out of town for the holidays at that time. I would recommend this store to anyone and myself will be back....ABSOLUTELY!!!! All of the staff is very knowledgeable about birds and the store products. They’re so welcoming, too, to new and regular customers (we are definitely “regulars”). We’re in the store weekly!

Great selection of birding products. Products I've procured have always been well received by the birding community and not so with our fur friends. Staff always very informative.

Trish went out of her way to get something that required going into a storage space using a tall ladder and bringing several samples of the item I was interested

The merchandise is of superior quality. The staff is so knowledgeable about all-things-birds! They’re all so friendly and go out of their way to help with any request (e.g. like getting that perfect garden flag for us or finding that special feeder in the right color).
