Staff is friendly and doesn't mind answering any questions I may have. They always give me suggestions on how to care for the feed and what certain birds like that I ask about. I'm disabled and they always help me carry my purchases to my car. I love their smile and enthusiasm.

I LOVE going to this store. Everyone is friendly, and maybe I've bought too much because they know me! :) If I have questions, there are answers. I love having a WBU close to home. That means I can go in more often and see what's new, and there's always something new to bring home.

Love the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Appreciate all that the store offers, including merchandise, rewards points, special events and the fresh cookies! I also enjoy visiting with Doby (the cat) during my visits.

Brandon,is the owner/manager for the stores in Chesapeake and Suffolk. He is not just a store manager. He really works to create a sense of community with his clientele. I always feel very welcome at WBU.

Store has lots of resources for those who enjoy feeding and watching birds. Friendly staff, always welcoming. Fun to browse in store and see, learn about and purchase products that appeal to bird lovers. Plus Dobby (resident cat) is so sweet and fun to visit with.
