Wild Birds Unlimited

I am a rehabber currently needing lots of mealworms for baby wild birds. I was given some valuable suggestions for keeping the large number of worms purchased in good health until used to feed the wild birds. The storage information was also helpful. All employees were gracious and welcoming.

Knowledge and service was exceptional!

Always greeted when entering the store. Staff is helpful in answering questions and locating desired item (this time mealworms). Love the atmosphere in the store...clean, easy to move about, pleasing music. And always love seeing the cat, Dobby!

My husband and I were very impressed with how very knowledgeable and helpful our salesperson Tessa was... she was very accurate in assessing our needs and very quick to give us all possible options on building as well as adding to an existing bird station for our yard. Tessa made every effort to help us with all our decisions which made the experience very concise and enjoyable. The store was extremely clean and all the sales people were very friendly and pleasant . As a result of our experience we decided to join the membership program

The staff in this store always remembers me, knows what I need/ like and make me feel appreciated!! This day I was trying the bark butter balls for a different use and the sales lady offered excellent input! They are fun to shop with and know how to make me feel less crazy for being a bird nut!! Even though the store is new it has a home feeling to it showing that they care!! I love to sit on a bench and rest or scritch the kitty's head.

You guys have taught us so much about birds and continue to teach us. We love coming back to your store and so very happy you opened one in Suffolk.
