The store is clean and inviting. We were greeted when we arrived. Tessa was able to help us with our needs. She answered all of our questions. LOVED the resident cat.

The owners and staff of this store are just wonderful. I am so glad they opened this location since it is so much closer to my home. They know me by name, greet me with a lot of friendliness, take care of what items I need and ALWAYS carry it to the car for me. I love the staff, the products and the experience. Butterfly society this visit!! Loved it!!

The store is beautiful. The employees are so nice and helpful. The employees always help me carry my products to the car. They are always suggesting new ideas of how to be of assistance for problems we might be having in the yard or with our feeders. We enjoy the people they bring in for volunteer talks and to share their animals. We go to the Suffolk and still the Chesapeake Store and consider them both our friends. What an asset they are to the community and to our family.

I usually use a different WBU but the Suffolk location is closer so I just joined this one. Tessa was friendly and helpful. I like the store, it's got a lot of merchandise and I enjoy coming in to get my "cat fix". Keep up the good work.

Karen was awesome! She was able to help me figure out how to combat the squirrels in my yard so that I can enjoy the birds feeding! Birds are plentiful and the squirrels have not come around at all since employing her suggestions! I was previously frustrated because my attempts to feed the birds was constantly being challenged by the squirrels. Not any more!!

I love this store and all the employees. Everyone is extremely friendly and knows the merchandise and the birds. It really is my happy place. For example, this morning I was telling the clerk that I had just observed a little wren feeding meal worms to a much larger bird. Because she listens and engages with customers she was able to tell me that yesterday another customer had reported a wren feeding a cardinal. Maybe wrens have a over blown maternal instinct. They always let me know what is on special and Brandon always helps me with my problems, like when he recommended getting an ant moat for my advanced pole system when the ants moved in. I really appreciate this store and the owners and employees.
