I just love coming to this store or any of the other stores. You all are so friendly and I love seeing the cats and petting them. The food is really worth the price because it is fresh and my birds love it!! Thank you so much for coming to Suffolk...

Trish, Brandon and staff take the time to get to know the customer and their particular needs. The store is always clean, bright and fresh appearing. The owners and staff know their store items and their uses. Always friendly, kind and most importantly, honorable.

Hummingbird feeders were not what I was looking to purchase. Prices can be high.

It wasn't that I was not satisfied but I have service at this store in the past. The young lady had started helping me and took a phone call that stopped our interaction. I would have liked to have seen her answer the phone and ask that person to hold or let the other staff handle the call.
