Thought selection was slim and overpriced

Young man that checked me out little abrupt. Other occasions I’ve been there he borders on rude. Elderly salesman extremely friendly.

Prices are a little bit high. But I understand you provide quality and you get what you pay for.

I felt the suet was priced a little high.

Bought hummingbird feeder and ant umbrella that do not fit! Felt the staff should have known the product use and let me know the two do not work together. Have to return the items.

No offer to help me carry my purchases to the car.

Everything was good. It's just that items are expensive....understandably.

I spent $89 on a hat and had to ask for a bag to put it in;

I put the new feeder & food out as soon as I got home. I haven’t had a single bird eat any of it. It was recommended at the store.

I have a backyard full of birds...and not 1 bird has eaten the birdseed I was recommended to buy. I hung my new bird feeder, installed the roll of birdseed, and I haven't had any bird activity. I blame the spicy birdseed roll I was sold.
