Alexa was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She was gentle and explained the process with just the right amount of words. Enough so that I understood what she was doing and why, but not too much to interfere with my ability to relax and enjoy the experience. Truly the best facial I've ever had. So great, I signed up to come monthly!

Everything about Hand and Stone is perfectly acceptable, but my massage therapist Sandra is exceptional. She is both skilled and talented. She is professional and works with dedication. I will continue my membership because of her!
