My whole experience with Hand & Stone is always is always exceptional. Frank is my massage therapist, is absolutely wonderful. To take it a step further, I have had nothing but positive interactions with all the employees from Hand & Stone, South Elgin!!!!!

Front desk us always personable and professional. Very friendly too! My therapist, Nancy always listens and then addresses my needs. A true professional. I only wish you could offer a discount on a second monthy massage like my other membership at a different company

Abril is a rock star when it comes to her techniques when administering a facial. I feel relaxed, confident in her abilities, and peaceful. My skin has looked and felt better since I began receiving facials on a monthly basis. My only concern is that the price I pay as a member ($79) seems higher than the price of a facial on your website ($60 something). No one has been able to explain the difference.

I booked an hour and a half massage for my birthday. My next and shoulders were very tight. Katie did a fantastic job. The mobility in my neck muscles after my massage is incredible.
