Nancy is very skilled and listed to my needs. She was able to alleviate the pain I had. The atmosphere in the spa is amazing!

The only thing I don’t like is not being able to use my points and credits the way I want to I was unable to go for a few months while out of town but could only use 3 credits at one visit and not allowed to use on products. This does make me wonder if a membership is worth it if I can’t spend the money I paid the way I want The services are great and so are the products just not happy how I am restricted on spending the money I pay. I kinda understand points but not the money I pay for the membership

I have been a member of hand and stone for years. The reception team is always so kind and friendly when I check in. Frank is absolutely an amazing massage therapist very knowledgeable, friendly, and helps with my aches and pains. I have even referred people to him and will continue to do so.
