I have been coming to see Frank every three weeks for years and he is absolutely the BEST..!!!

Firstly, I am highly pleased with my esthetician, Laura D. She has guided me in choices for my skin type and age and gives her professional knowledge when I have concerns and questions. This last visit, Laura had checked her schedule and realized that my appointment had been scheduled with someone else. Knowing that I ask for her specifically, she recommended that the receptionist call me to make me aware of the appointment change. I was so glad she did that so we could fix the problem. I would not have been happy if I had arrived and was not scheduled with Laura.

My therapist listened and addressed the areas where I had the most problems. I felt the blood flowing again and I was relaxed. The staff was all around great!!

Frank is wonderful. He helped alleviate the pain in my shoulders and neck I developed from using crutches. I finally got a good nights sleep.

The therapist that worked on me was super sweet. She listened to my situation and developed a plan to help me feel better. It's really too bad that yesterday was her last day as I would have definitely returned to her.

The massage therapist had a good attention to detail and it always amazes me how they find those spots that need to be worked on. Receptionists were friendly and efficient. The ambiance of the whole facility is great.

The only problem I had was that my original appt was double booked and the reception had to call and ask me to reschedule my appt. But not a huge deal, mistakes happen. I liked my experience. I loved my receptionist, super friendly and knowledgeable. (Can’t remember her name, but she was pregnant.) I also loved my esthetician, Thalia. She was very thorough and I thought she did an excellent job. I will be back, both for crying and a facial in the future.

This was my first time at this location after recurring scheduling conflicts with another location. I decided to give this location a try and I'm so happy I did. They had availability that fit my busy schedule, I felt welcomed and relaxed upon walking in and the atmosphere was very relaxing. My massage therapist asked about my needs, offered advice for at home care, and catered my massage to my specific needs. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and pain free, this was by far the best massage I've ever gotten and I can't wait for my next appointment
