I didn’t like that online I was able to book my facial at an introductory rate, yet at time of payment since I had been there a year prior I had to pay $40 more. The website booking should be honoured. Otherwise it was a great facial/ experience overall

On a whim I decided to book a massage appointment last year. I was nervous since I had never had one before. The massage therapist was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I decided to come back to try a facial, also a new experience. I now come back just about every month to see the same person. It's been a great experience.

There is a nice ambience with the decor and furnishings. Amy is an amazing therapist who does an amazing job. I think your app and website suck… Can’t understand why they are as poor as they are.
