I was very very satisfied with everything overall. The only thing that could have been better was the explanation to why I still owed money for the massage when I was told this was purchased as a gift. I should have asked for a detailed receipt but I didn’t.

The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They knew which products were the perfect fit for my skin and also gave recommendations.

My therapist, Amy T., was highly knowledable and very helpful. She was very diligent in asking how it was going along the way. The massage was amazing!

Hand and Stone location is convenient to my home. My massage therapist is very knowledgeable and recommends the right treatment for my needs. Love the warm neck wraps and flavored water when I arrive.

Its mostly the therapist herself, Dawn is great and a good fit for me so I want to get treatments more regularly. Less important but notable is the neck wrap, I showed up early for that!

Scheduling an appt on the web site was very easy. I like the location of your facility in relation to my home and the days/times of available appts at this facility. Massage Therapist Nancy was AWESOME!!! I am not interested in a membership at this time, but would definitely like to come back for another massage with Nancy.
